Travel Medicine

Protect Your Health Before You Travel

travelmedicine_doctorDon’t take chances with your health when traveling. EHE International is the largest travel medicine service in the nation with over 100 years experience. Our medical teams are up-to-date with current health alerts to advise you before departing and available for questions during and after your travel.

Infectious disease is a leading cause of death world-wide, and international travelers face increased risk when uninformed about the region and its potential health hazards. Without the required immunizations, you may delay your travel and place your health in jeopardy.

It's More than Just a Shot

EHE International doctors and clinicians discuss your travel itinerary, assess your current medical history, and provide a customized immunization plan for your travel—all in one visit (for most shots). Our medical teams are familiar with destination risks in every region of the world as well as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) vaccination requirements for travel abroad. All EHE Travel Medicine clinics are Yellow Fever-certified.

Nationwide Locations

The doctors of EHE International are available nationwide to help you prepare for traveling abroad.

Upfront Costs with No Surprises

Ttraveldocravel medicine is not covered by insurance medical plans but is generally reimbursed by your employer for business travel. For personal travel, there is a flat consultation fee, plus the cost of required immunizations. We never charge “administrative” fees, pressure you into unnecessary vaccinations, or add hidden costs.

Travel medicine services are free to most qualified EHE members.

Immunizations by Region, Disease
These are typical immunizations. However, most people do not need all shots, depending on your doctor’s and the CDC’s recommendation (subject to change based on latest medical advisories).
