Board Certified Gastroenterologists, Rockefeller Plaza (Part Time)

Qualifications:We are seeking individuals who hold a current NY license in good standing and hold current board certification in gastroenterology to perform screening colonoscopies on executive-level patients who take a proactive approach in the management of their health.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, and team-oriented. Excellent conversational skills, as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required. No evenings or weekends. On-call hours limited to post procedure patient care. 

Primary Responsibilities:  To provide patient consultation and perform screening colonoscopies on executive-level patients who have completed a comprehensive preventive health examination. Screening colonoscopies are recommended to men and women beginning at age 40. Well-equipped facility with experienced physician support personnel for optimum patient care. Complementary door-to-door private car service is provided to all patients day of procedure for added safety and comfort.  


Board Certified Internists/Family Practitioners, Rockefeller Plaza; Morristown, NJ; Stamford, CT; Houston (Part Time)

Qualifications:We are seeking individuals who hold a current (NY, NJ, CT, MA, TX) license in good standing and hold current a board certification in either internal medicine or family practice who have a special interest in adult preventive health care.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, and team-oriented. Excellent conversational skills, as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required. No evenings, weekends, or on-call hours.  

Primary Responsibilities:  To perform preventive health physical examinations on executive-level patients who take a proactive approach in the management of their health. In the addition to the medical examination, physicians spend quality time with patients in reviewing personal and family histories, providing counsel of significant exam findings and health risks, and preventive health education. Daily average physician to patient ratio is nine. With the aid of an electronic medical record system, physicians are responsible for completing a detailed written report of exam findings and recommendations.   


Medical Assistants, Boston and Houston (Full Time and Part Time)

Qualifications:We are seeking experienced medical assistants skilled in chart management, patient flow, phlebotomy, EKG's, PFTs, and other screening components associated with adult preventive health physical examinations.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, and team-oriented. Excellent conversational skills, as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required. No evening, weekend, or on-call hours.  

Primary Responsibilities:  Prepare patient charts, measure and record patients' vital signs, collect and prepare laboratory specimens, prepare patient examination and locker rooms, and provide other appropriate support to physicians, RNs, and administrative staff members in the performance of physical examinations for adults who take a proactive approach in the management of their health.   


Medical Transcriptionists, Rockefeller Plaza, (Full time and part time, 7AM to 3PM and 3PM to 11PM shift available)

Qualifications:We are seeking experienced Medical Transcriptionists to accurately transcribe prepared electronic and voice notes resulting in written reports to patients. Basic medical terminology required. Comprehensive training program provided.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, detail oriented, and work well in a team environment. Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a healthcare industry preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required. 


Registered Nurses, Boston, Chicago and Houston (Full Time and Part Time)

Qualifications: We are seeking individuals who hold a current (NY, NJ, CT, MA, or TX) Registered Nurse license in good standing, have a positive attitude, and are self-motivated.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, and team-oriented. Excellent conversational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required. No weekend or on-call hours.  

Patient Care Nurses: Primary Responsibilities:  Direct patient care and assessment of adults who take a proactive approach in the management of their health. Patient care includes review of patient history, diagnostic testing, and assisting physicians with cardiac stress testing and colonoscopy procedures. Travel medicine experience a plus.   

Clinical Intervention Nurses (NY only): Primary Responsibilities:  Provide telephonic patient counseling and resources/education to a diverse, nationwide population of patients diagnosed with significant physical exam outcomes requiring additional diagnostic or other specialty care, as well as, counseling to patients identified with significant health risks that may lead to disease.   

Clinical Review Nurses (NY only): Primary Responsibilities:  Perform detailed QA reviews of 1) incoming patient charts from national physician network to ensure compliance with established Company exam protocols and community health care standards, and 2) completeness and accuracy of written reports to patients of annual physical examination findings. This position and location only: Monday through Friday 7AM to 3PM and 3PM to 11PM shifts available.   


Administrative Personnel, Rockefeller Plaza, Chicago and Boston (Full Time and Part Time; 7AM to 3PM and 3PM to 11PM shifts available)

Qualifications: We are seeking individuals interested in an administrative career. College degree preferred. No prior experience required.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, and team-oriented. Excellent conversational skills, as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required.  

Primary Responsibilities:  To provide a full range of administrative services supporting Company operations and/or patient services. A number of administrative are open including reception, report processing, client services, and sales.   


Appointment Counselors, Rockefeller Plaza (Full Time and Part Time; 7AM to 3PM and 3PM to 11PM shifts available)

Qualifications: We are seeking individuals with experience in managing patient appointments for our national call center. Individuals without prior call center experience who possess a basic understanding of preventive health examination screening components will be considered. College degree preferred.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, and team-oriented. Excellent conversational skills and comfort with telephonic communication with patients are required, as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required.  

Primary Responsibilities:  To call patients to schedule annual physical exam appointments, provide consultation with respect to scheduled procedures, and provide program information.   


Medical Records, Rockefeller Plaza (Full Time and Part Time; 7AM to 3PM and 3PM to 11PM shifts available)

Qualifications: We are seeking individuals seeking a career electronic and paper-based patient record management. No experience required. College degree preferred.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, and team-oriented. Excellent organizational skills are required, as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required.  

Primary Responsibilities:  To assemble and organize electronic and paper-based medical records for distribution to physicians and patients and perform other types of administrative support related to record management.   


Physician Practice Network Recruiters/Coordinators, Rockefeller Plaza (Full Time)

Qualifications: We are seeking individuals experienced in physician network recruitment, have a positive attitude, and are self-motivated. College degree preferred. Individuals without prior experience who possess a basic understanding of preventive health examination screening components and strong negotiating skills will be considered. A valid driver's license is required.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, compassionate, and team-oriented. Excellent conversational skills, as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required. Travel required.  

Primary Responsibilities:  To identify, recruit, negotiate contract fees, and visit physician practices nationwide for the performance of preventive health services for a national client base in pre-determined geographic locations, and to provide program support to network physician members.   


Sales/Healthcare Consultants, Rockefeller Plaza (Full Time)

Qualifications: We are seeking recent college graduates interested in a career in preventive health care sales. Prior sales experience is not required. A comprehensive sales training program is provided. A valid driver's license is required.

Ideal candidates practice a preventive health lifestyle and are highly professional, articulate, confident, and team-oriented. Excellent conversational skills, as well as, strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required. Travel required. Compensation is salary plus commission.  

Primary Responsibilities:  To secure new sales of the Company's preventive health care plan. Upon successful completion of Company training program, sales representatives call pre-determined corporate prospects to introduce the Company's product offering, secure sales appointments, hold on-site meetings and presentations, and close new business.   


College-level Internships (Paid), Rockefeller Plaza (Minimum 12 hours/week)

Working with a Company mentor, interns gain experience in a variety of operating areas related to healthcare and healthcare management while earning $10 to $15/hour.

Qualifications: Must be a current third year school/university students with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, carry a minimum of 9 semester credits or its equivalent, and be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week (no weekends or holidays). Hours are position dependent and vary between 7AM and 11PM.

Successful candidates are articulate, confident, compassionate, team-oriented, comfortable working in a professional environment, and practice a preventive health lifestyle. Excellent conversational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications are required.  

Primary Responsibilities:  Position specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Assisting with all types of executive and sales administrative functions; Coordinating patient appointments; Managing internal and external telephone and electronic communications; Proofreading/editing of newsletters and other public communications; Distribution and file management of patient records; Entry-level medical transcription; Various types of administrative data entry; Processing of postal mail; Coordinating patient food service areas.
