Deborah McKeever
President & Chief Operating Officer
Deborah McKeever joined Executive Health Exams in 2001 as senior vice president and chief administrative officer and was named president in September 2003. Between 1979 and 2001, Ms. McKeever was with UM Holdings Ltd. where she held a number of corporate positions including vice president of administration.

Jack Segerdahl
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Jack Segerdahl joined Executive Health Exams International in 1997 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Additionally, Mr. Segerdahl serves as a member of the EHE Office of the President. Prior to joining EHE, Mr. Segerdahl served as CFO of Newsbank, Inc. and Perrier Group of America.

Annmarie DiMasi
Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing
Annmarie DiMasi was appointed senior vice president of sales and marketing in 2001 responsible for all corporate sales, including nationwide accounts. Additionally, Ms. DiMasi serves as a member of the EHE Office of the President. Having joined EHE in 1982, Ms. DiMasi has held a number of management positions with the Company, including national account executive.

Susan Spear, MD
Senior Vice President, Clinical Affairs and Chairperson, EHE Medical Advisory Board
Dr. Spear is the Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs and chairperson of the Medical Advisory Board at Executive Health Exams International. Prior to her current position, she was the Executive Vice President, Physician Partners Company, physician management and contracting body for New York Presbyterian Healthcare Network; Assistant Clinical Professor, Columbia University. She has served as Medical Director of the Allen Pavilion, a community hospital in Northern Manhattan; Associate Chief of Staff for the Presbyterian Hospital in New York; practicing pediatrician in New York and New Jersey, and currently has practicing privileges at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Sanjeev Vipani
Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Sanjeev joined Executive Health Exams in 2001 as vice president of operations upon the acquisition of PersonalMD.com of which he is a co-founder and senior architect for all of the Company's systems. Previously, Mr. Vipani held a series of engineering and technical positions with AT&T Bell Labs, Kaiser Permanente, Bank of America, and the National Council of Compensation Insurance.
