EHE International, a New York-based, preventive healthcare company seeks an energetic, highly organized individual to function as a liaison between our preventive health clinics and company headquarters. This individual reports to the Manager of Clinic Operations Administration and is responsible for:

  • Staff Development: Participating in the development of training programs and the creation of appropriate training and resource materials
  • Policies & Guidelines Maintenance: Drafting, organizing, maintaining, and updating clinic operations policies
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Analyzing and monitoring clinic operations performance data, including patient volume, physician productivity, and patient wait times
  • Contract Support: Assisting in the negotiation of vendor contracts and the standardization of group purchasing agreements for medical equipment, supplies, and other goods and services
  • Special Assignments: Supporting special projects, as assigned
The ideal candidate possesses highly-developed writing and reasoning skills and is an effective oral communicator. S/he is an independent worker, adept at solving practical problems and creating standardization in situations where there may be a variety of competing variables. S/he has a strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point) and is able to master new computer applications in a short time frame with limited guidance.

Bachelor's degree with 2 years similar experience in a healthcare setting required. Prior experience with electronic medical records and medical terminology preferred.

We are seeking a highly-talented professional Registered Nurse to consult with patients by telephone on the clinical management of abnormal health findings and counsel patients on preventable disease and risk factors for chronic disease. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a team of dedicated, full-time, BSN Nurses committed to health promotion, disease prevention, and helping people live healthier lives.

In this role:

  • You will speak with patients nationwide by telephone from an office setting
  • Discuss specific health risks and abnormalities found on physical exam
  • Review and reinforce recommendations made by physicians for ongoing care
  • Assist with referrals for specialty care
  • Teach patients the role of life-style modifications in preventing and reducing the risk of disease
  • Work with patients to moderate or eliminate preventable health risk factors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and current New York State Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Five (5) years experience providing clinical care and education to adults in acute care settings.
  • Knowledge of chronic disease and preventive health measures.
  • A positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented work ethic.
  • The ability to communicate clinical information effectively and on a highly professional level.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills and experience with electronic health records.

EHE International, the leader in preventive healthcare has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Mailroom Coordinator/Facilities at our New York City location.

We are seeking a highly-talented professional to process incoming and outgoing mail, facsimiles, express mail and various supply deliveries. Maintain office equipment (excluding computer equipment), kitchenette supplies and coordinate facility maintenance as may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • To maintain a neat and efficient mailroom operation.
  • To process and distribute all incoming mail, messenger and courier services.
  • To maintain the postage meter and postage balance available and supply accurate postage to outgoing mail.
  • To maintain spreadsheet logs of mail and service projects, supply inventory and vendor services.
  • To replace, replenish and restock exhaustible facility items including, but not limited to light bulbs, filters, and fuses.
  • To maintain fold and insert equipment, all other postage or mail related equipment, copiers, fax equipment and other general office equipment (excluding computer equipment)
  • To stock and maintain various toners, print cartridges and spare parts (as may be required) for all printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • To maintain and stock water coolers, coffee and coffee related supplies and kitchenette supplies throughout the NY facility.
  • To provide assistance in the maintenance of general office supplies and forms and process all incoming supply deliveries and stock items.
  • To provide facility assistance as it pertains to the relocation of furniture, files, and other office items.
  • To provide a basic supplement to building services in the upkeep of office fixtures.
  • To provide assistance in the maintenance of the facility by direct interaction or via coordination of the services of external service providers. Otherwise maintain facilities.

Education and/or Experience
